By accessing or using SFTPHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SFTPHub is operated by SFTPHub ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
SFTPHub provides managed SFTP hosting. We provision SFTP endpoints, manage the underlying infrastructure, and provide a web dashboard for account and user management. Storage is backed by third-party cloud infrastructure providers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including any SFTP passwords and SSH keys you create through the Service.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
If your usage exceeds your plan's included storage, overage charges may apply as described on your plan's pricing page. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect and preserve your data, including storing files on redundant cloud infrastructure. However, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Upon account termination or cancellation, we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period. We are not obligated to retain your data after your account is closed.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or performance issues, including those caused by our third-party infrastructure providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFTPHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFTPHub, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
